Hilary was instrumental in my process of searching for a home. She was meticulously prepared and responsive to the criteria I conveyed to her. We viewed several properties and she even declared several of her resources could be made available (i.e. Contractors, planners, and labor). After viewing several properties, she suggested I evaluate my willingness to submit to purchasing at the time. Once the market and my criteria meet eye to eye, I will not hesitate to use Hilary again. Her proficiency and compassion for the industry was refreshing.
