In early spring of this year 2017 my wife and I asked Hillary Bateman to sell our home. She responded right away and came by and did a thorough walk through of the home and yard. She advised us what we should do in detail to get a top dollar price. Her local knowledge of our area was quite impressive with the comps she gave to us. We were able to visit those properties to get a visual idea where we stood. She spent a lot of time with us to discuss her selling strategy. Unfortunately we changed our plans and decided not sell at this time. I would highly recommend Hillary. We will go back to her when the time is right.
