Bay Park

The Bay Park neighborhood is all about location and convenience. Close to the beach, without all the traffic congestion, and far easier access to freeways. It’s proximity to the airport, downtown, and La Jolla makes getting around like a dream. Families love living in this area with such amazing schools as Toler Elementary and Bay Park Elementary Schools, Marston Middle School, and Clairemont High School all have so much to offer and of course, there are multiple private schools and preschools.
Getting Out in Bay Park
Outdoor amenities are practically at your doorstep when you live in Bay Park. Offering walking, hiking, biking, yoga, and other activities you’ll find it hard to be indoors in the perfect weather near the Pacific Coast. Continually being called an “up and coming neighborhood” by foodies has resulted in an influx of successful artisan restaurants taking off in Bay Park. And our four-legged family friends are offered on-leash and off-leash parks and dog-friendly restaurants. Now that will keep you active.
Homes in Bay Park
The combination of homes built in the 1950s, remodels, renovations, expansions, and character built into these homes make it a stunning city with homes boasting bay views and most homes don’t have HOA fees. There are some tract homes here, but they are rarer.
